genie won't open advanced

clicking on the genie advanced tab brings a gray overlay and no action. i want to install the firmware upgrade.

1. What is the model of your router?

2. What is the firmware version of the device?

3.Have you tried using another browser?

4. Have you tried using another computer?

    tried the upgrade originally on a windows vista system and today on a windows 7.  

    on both, genie won't open the advanced tab.
