Getting error code CDIL-API-FAIL post Router firmware upgrade
I recently upgraded my router firemware to V1.0.4.100_2.0.64 post that I started getting CDIL-API-FAIL error whenever I tried to Mange devices from Mobile app. I have activated Parental Control feature however because of this error i am not able to add devices in Profiles. I have alread upgraded my Phone app to latest version but still no resolation.

It usually gives that error when it thinks the router is off line.
What modem/gateway is connected to the router?
What happens if you reboot the router?It might also be a good idea to ask for help in the section given over to the RAX40 and similar hardware.
