Help - Netgear Genie has just appeared on my laptop and phone

I couldn't find a specific forum to post this (please correct me if there is one), but since this morning Netgear Genie has just appeared on my laptop and phone. Since that took place, neither device is recognising my home wifi networks, and I cannot find any evidence that it has actually been installed on the devices, e.g. It's not on the programme lists.

Does anyone have any idea about what on earth is going on?
