Thank you so much for all the help. I found the solution to the problem!
I found out that not ALL categories under the "High Filter" are being blocked. Exactly the main reason why my son could still access the internet. Therefore, I chose the "Custom Filter" and checked every single one of them. Whoala!

Hi @be_zwe,
If you want to block your son's Internet access on a specific schedule you can do Address Reservation for his device/s and set a specific range of IP then block all services on a set schedule. You may find the links below helpful.
