How do you reset all functions via Genie
My Genie app on my phone isn't working anymore so I want to start again with the whole app and router. I have reset but it saves all the details. Can you start again?

If you want to reset the router, check its manual. You don't say what it is, so I can't tell you where to find the manual.
Remember, these apps are no substitute from a proper browser running on a PC.
