How to enable a disabled device from Nighthawk app

I have an issue where a couple of days ago I disabled a device (a TV) from connecting to my 2.4 GHz wifi band by using the Nighthawk app on my phone, but now the device does not show up on the list of devices and I cannot enable wifi for said device.   When looking at the router settings on my PC it says the MAC address for said device should be able to connect to the wifi.  Anyone know how to fix this?

I already asked this, but realize I put it in the wrong location so asking hopefully in the correct location.

    It might help of you said what the device is that you want to control.

      The brand of TV is Sharp. I'm not sure what else I can tell you about it.
