How to Router Login as Remote Access with Netgear Genie(account)
I can't login because "No router...with this accour" then I try to "Sign Up" , But "account ...exists" , What's the matter?? How should I do ?? Thanks !! ...

New, I got it on 2017/02/07.
I have finish Network Support - Product Registration with my email first.
But Router Setting-Remote Access show error message "Couldn't fine the email address"
And Wouldn't let me "Sign Up" (Create New Account) with this email address

You probably need help from Netgear support on this. Try PMing one of the netgear mods (perhaps ElaineM ).
Was there any sign that the box had been opened/resealed? Often when this happens the router was returned and resold as new (by the reseller).
