I am not able to login in open dns account inspite of creating it

I have created a open dns account for parental controls but I am not allowed in the genie app to login in open dns account...So i am not able to do parental controls...Pls help me ..

I'm having the same problem. PC, phone, tablet ... nothing works. I've reset my password at least twice, and then immediately got an Oops message for using the right password!

I thought the answer would be obvious, but I guess you can't be too sure in this dumbed-down age. &nbsp;Yes I'm being silly. :)&nbsp;&nbsp;I tried the laptop at home, the desktop at work, and all on Chrome, Edge, and Explorer on my laptop. &nbsp;Nada. &nbsp;
