1. What is the firmware version of your device? V1.01.11
2. What is the version of the NETGEAR Genie program that you have installed? 2.4.26
3. Have you tried using other devices (another computer, smartphone, tablet)? no
4. Do you already have an existing OpenDNS account or are you still trying to set it up? I set one up through the Genie , but when I try to login, it says "There was an error signing in, please make sure you're connected to the internet and try again." I am using a C3700 Netgear modem/router combo

I am also having difficulty in setting up parental controls.
The Genie app doesn't seem to allow setting up a OPENDNS account.

Hi JackTheMan18,
1. Try manually setting the DNS values on the device UI to the OpenDNS values of 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220.
2. What is the error message that you are getting through the NETGEAR Genie app?
