I can't pause devices on my router

My model version is the RAX20 firmware is v1.0.2.82 a few days ago my nighthawk app stopped letting me pause devices internet. It says it is paused, but it is not paused. None of my parental controls ...

I'd appreciate any help. I just bought and updated the rax200 and can't pause devices (cams) on router thru nighthawk app, thru logging into router, and doing both. What in tarnation is going on..?

 

*macOS Big Sur 11.3.1*

*Thru '17 mbp & iPhone 8p
