I have a C700v2 need help with app

On the nighthawk app when I go to devices each device has a link rate what does that mean? Is that the wifi speed that they are receiving from the router?

I have a device on the app that says the link rate is 144Mbps does that mean that is the amount of speed it’s using?

Thats its connection to the router, not the amount of bandwidth used.
