I have a netgear wndr4500 already registered

I am hooked up to internet but it will not let me into desktop genie. Please help i am not a computer wizard by no means and is frustrating

    can reach router by typing 192.168.1.1 in a browser like IE?

    What happens when you try?

     

    Is that the genie in the web interface for your device, or the desktop app?

     

    Netgear confusingly uses the same name for two different things.

     

    If web interface and 192.168.1.1 doesn't work, try 192.168.0.1
