I keep getting this error message from the app

# PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENT

Whenever I try to log into my router from the app I keep getting this error message. No matter what device I use where I use it on the network or off I keep getting this error message. Can somebody please tell me how to fix this? Oh yeah and Netgear you guys have the worst warranty program ever

  • Are you on iOS? If so, make sure icloud relay and private mac/ip address are both disabled. 

    Are you able to access your device through the browser?
