I see neighbors router networks, not mine
-I have a 2-week-old Netgear AX1800.
-I cannot see my router from the list of available internet connections after I reinstalled Win 10 yesterday.
-Then I did a repair on win 10.
-Still can't ...
What model router do you have? RAX or MR#?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
