Iam stuck (new router)

So today I got a new wifi router but I've been trying for at least 3 hours to set it up.the router wont reboot or pop up on my wifi list.

    Take us through the steps you use and where it goes wrong.

     

    Does your modem still get the internet?

     

    Is the router plugged into the modem correctly?

     

    What do the LEDs on the router look like when you turn it on and connect it?
