Incorrect info showing on Nighthawk app...

It looks like the nighthawk app on my iphone is showing 47 devices connected, including a whole lot of items that haven't been connected in a while.

Its also showing a MS60 that I returned about a week ago,

I deleted the app & re-installed, thinking it would scan network & give me an updated picture, but it didn't

Any suggestions?

  • Hello mikey59 I seen your issue so i want to tell you that :

    Restart your Nighthawk router to refresh the device list.

    Clear app cache or data and try again.

    check for app update to ensure it is working correctly.

    Verify the app is connected as your router connected.

    If the issue persist , contact the support center of Netgear Community.
