IOS App can't remote access my router

Hi, I been trying to remote access my router from my IOS App, in the app it do not let me set it on, I can only access this router only if my phone and router are at the same network, if I'm outside, the app shows my router are offline, what should I do with that issue?

    Hi Luxifu, welcome to the community! What is the firmware version of the router? Are you getting an error when toggling the option? If yes, what is the error message?
