so i was gifted a used modem combo C7000V2 which i connected last night and factory reset it, i tried to connect it to the app but it continiously says that the Frimware is out of date but when i look through the netgar support and look at spectrum it says that the&nbsp;V1.02.09 is the approved firmware, what do?

Nothing to do about it. The firmware comes from the ISP so its not user changeable. And the ISP's rarely update it.&nbsp;I'd simply disregard the message.&nbsp;

So use the browser to log into/manage the router. Tends to have more info/setting that route&nbsp;

There is a bug in the current iOS Nighthawk app.
