Lack of device icons

Seems interesting that Netgear doesn't seem to be in touch with what types of devices a home network connects to. I like the functionality of the Nighthawk app both on my phone and PC, but it could be a lot better if it would allow the administators choose an icon that resembles the device attached.  Does netgear realize there are speakers, light switches, TVs, outlets and a entire group of amazon products that connect to the network?
