Locked out of genie app ios

I can not log into my genie app on my iPhone so I could control the internet settings while I'm away from my son.
Need help resetting the password help would be GREATLY appreciated

    Hi ArronB,

     

    1. What is the model number and firmware version of your device?

    2. Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the app?

    3. Please try using another device (Android, iOS, another computer).

    Hi ArronB,

    Thats actually our concern too with the app. I advice that you use the web UI first while we still waiting for the iOS app update. Good luck.
