I try logging into the admin settings through a web browser. It takes me to my password recovery. I enter what my answers are for the security questions, and for split second, it converts my answers ...
Happens in all browsers? Try MS Edge, Firefox or Opera.
Be sure to clear out all browser caches and any saved PW profiles in the browser prior to entering the routers web page.
Wire connect a PC to the router and factory reset the router using the back push pin button. Hold it in for 10 seconds then let go. Then log in to routerlogin.com or 192.168.1.1 using a wired PC and web browser and walk thru the setup wizard. Be sure write down all important information for safe keeping later on.
