Logging into the Admin settings on a web browser

I try logging into the admin settings through a web browser. It takes me to my password recovery. I enter what my answers are for the security questions, and for split second, it converts my answers ...

They are answers I thought I had completed the last time I did a factory reset. Yes, it seems I am in a loop.
