login to www.routerlogin.net fails when using factory password and admin?
Hi everyone. I tried posting this question before but do not think it went thru.My admin password is not working. I properly reset the back of the modem and tried using (admin.password) , tried my old password , etc. but it wont let me in. I also tried cutting the power, reset with power on or off and repeated the reset but to no avail. I can still access the internet just not admin login. I did get in a week ago, it said there was a firmware update and tried updating it but was the same version so I dont know if it updated. Also the wierd thing is that there was no recover password checkbox like the manual says in the advanced settings. I also do not remember if I did change the admin password or not.Any suggestions? Thank you for your time.

Well I tried disconnecting the ethernet cable and then tried the reset for 30 seconds, then reattached the cable. It finally worked.Do not know why it did not work with the cable attached.Hope this helps someone.

Forgot to add I also connected it to a different ethernet port.
