Let me check on this. In the mean time, you can install the previous version (2.4.20) of the NETGEAR Genie for Windows using the link below and check if it works.

Hi swcherry75,
1. Please access the modem-router's UI and check the DNS values.
2. Yes, you can try resetting and reconfiguring the Parental Controls.

I have Cox internet and the router won't let me manually configure DNS without also setting a static IP, which is not available for residential plans.
I will try doing a hard reset on the router and see if that helps.
