Make bug reporting easier for iOS apps
It is extremely difficult to find a quick way to report bugs or defects on the NETGEAR Nighthawk- WiFi App. The App Support link in App Store is pointless. How can users provide any feedback on the tools or software, or make any suggestions for improvements? There needs to be a quick and efficient feedback process to allow this to happen.
Reporting a feedback change for the iOS app. When restarting the router, the app wants to connect to the 2.4GHz frequency or the Smart Connect name. I don’t use the Smart Connect feature and I don’t have the 2.4GHz frequency enabled. Can you please fix the app so that every time I restart the router it doesn’t seek the 2.4GHz frequency? It would be helpful if the iOS app defaulted to the prime frequency or look for the active frequency, such as the 5GHz frequency.
Also, there needs to be an easier way to manage the Admin device that is registered in the iOS app. In some instances where the IP address is randomised, this can create multiple instances of the device in the devices list. The offline instances cannot be deleted because of the way randomised IP connections work. There must be an easier way to update and delete Admin devices in the iOS app.
Another feature request is to be able to swipe to either delete or disable connected devices. Having to select each device and delete it is time consuming especially when there are multiple instances of the same device. Can you please update the app to make it easier to use?
