Mesh MR60 is not connecting correctly after internet outage
I have the Netgear modem CM700 with the netgear nighthawk mesh router and 2 satellites. Lost internet in the middle of the night. I tried rebooting the router, it has the blue light but it will not connect to the app. I have my cellular data off, I'm connect to my networks wifi, but will not connect. I even tried to set up like a new router and still not working. I'm obviously get wifi with the router because I have 2 separate printers in my office where the modem and router are, so I don't understand why the app won't connect

There seems to be some unknown issues with the NH app recently that seems to be effecting some users.

Did you reboot the modem and then the router?
Remember, the router does not connect to the app. It is the other way round. That is where you should look for solutions.

Yes I unplugged the satellites, the router and modem. Waited a few minutes, plugged the modem in waited for it to complete startup and then the router only not the satellites at this time
I'm a little confused.
Your other devices work fine (printers in office) but not the phone? Or just not the app?
