Please try the Factory reset and setup from scratch using the NH app process I linked you to.
Be sure any MAC address randomizers are disabled during the setup with the NH app.

You sure your connected to the MR or MS?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended. What is the SSID name you gave on the MR during setup?

Wired router is a ubiquiti erLite. Anywhere connect worked perfectly until latest iPad/iOS update 16.5.1. All MR60/MS60 share the same ssid and this is the only network available/connected

Famous last words. Only a firmware number will convince us that the MK system has not missed something.
