MS2110-10NAS How to get music from Stora onto Iphone

Hi Please can someone help. I am not technologically minded and my husband freaks out when i mention itunes. I have an itunes account but have changed my laptop so i cannot access all the cd's that I had loaded/copied into myold  itunes as the old laptop wont fire up. So my new itunes on my new laptop is empty. We have all our cd's copied onto our stora. I can see this stora content in my itunes but i cant work out how to get it onto my iphone as it says that my itunes library is empty so there is nothing to sync ? Is there anyway to get my music from my stora onto my phone so that i can listen to it in my car ? If anyone can help guide me in basic terms i would be very grateful.
