1. Are you using the Access Control feature of the router? If yes, You may find the links below helpful.

2. Does the issue persist if you have Access Control disabled?
3. What is the firmware version of the router?

In response to your suggestions, I have NOT tried any of them. I didn't expect any more help from your support since they told me repeatedly that I was PAST the free support period, EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD NEVER FIXED THE PROBLEM I HAD BEEN HAVING SINCE DAY ONE! The other reason I didn't try your suggestions was because after almost a year of dealing with your lousy product and useless customer service, I gave up and bought a QUALITY product from Asus!
