N600 Wireless Dual Band Router WNDR3400v3

I received an email from Netgear telling me about an update and to follow the directions.

 

I tried everything but the Network Name and Password wouldn't go through.  I received a 401 Unauthorized Error, and I cannot get back in.  I tried to go to Support and get info, but that wouldn't work either.

 

All I want is to be able to log in and reset my info so I can update my WiFi.  I would appreciate any help I could get.
