Naming devices r8000

I name a device, save, get out of app. Start app again device name is gone along with icon.

Under devices in the nighthawk app. One is an iPad, one is a nintendo switch, several cameras, etc.

    There have been problems with the recent iOS apps. (That's why i asked for the version.)
    
    Then again,, the R8000 has also had issues.
    
    What firmware do you have on that?
