Nas104 can't recover password
Ok I bought this piece of junk a year ago, and still can't recover the password, tried admin, my email, no support because I have not paid for it! worst purchase ever made, support is crap, I'm not a business, I just want to back up my pictures, the recover option is not available! 3.5tb of junk...A very peeded off customer.

My experience with NAS boxes is that they all have a reset button on them to get back to the default passwords and stuff.
