Need to reset my username password on openDNS
I cannot login to the parental controls on the net gear genie app. It won't allow me to reset my username or password on the openDNS . Help? Please!

Your OpenDNS account is separate from your NETGEAR account. You can try going through the registration process for an OpenDNS account via the NETGEAR Genie program/app. The link below may help out.

I am having the same problem. I thought I wrote down my password for the OpenDSN but can't find it. When I try to go to the website you gave, it says there's no account w/my email address...yet I was able to log in to be able to post this. Can you please help me to reset this password? My product # is WNR2000v3 Thank you
