Need to reset my username password on openDNS
I cannot login to the parental controls on the net gear genie app. It won't allow me to reset my username or password on the openDNS . Help? Please!

Your OpenDNS account is separate from your NETGEAR account. You can try going through the registration process for an OpenDNS account via the NETGEAR Genie program/app. The link below may help out.

No...just so frustrated. I need 2 RESET my password b/c I can't find where I wrote it down (they make u make such a complicated password). Anyways, I need 2 find out how 2 reset this password & that site u listed was just 2 set up the account. I would really appreciate some help...PLS

You can select the ""Forgot your password?" option on https://netgear.opendns.com/sign_in.php under the login boxes. This will prompt you to enter your email address.
