Need to reset my username password on openDNS
I cannot login to the parental controls on the net gear genie app. It won't allow me to reset my username or password on the openDNS . Help? Please!

Your OpenDNS account is separate from your NETGEAR account. You can try going through the registration process for an OpenDNS account via the NETGEAR Genie program/app. The link below may help out.

Really...REALLY?!?? Beyond frustration now! Flollowed ur link & now my email isn't recognized...really?!?! SAME email. Y can't I just change my password 2my OpenDSN Acct?!?? Nethear is the only router I've ever had...maybe it's time 4 something different b/c every ans just leads 2 more frustration

It is possible that you have registered via OpenDNS and not via the NETGEAR Genie app. You can try doing the same on the OpenDNS website linked below.

Same problem during installation with today updated version of firmware (v1.0.1.20) and NETGEAR Genie (v2.4.38).
After making a new registration in OpenDSN, Genie ask to enter again in the OpenDSN but is unable to move me in. Message error in login. If I ask for Forgotten Password it swith to: https://login.opendns.com/ then I can get in with the user/password just made. I repeated twice with the same bad results.
The procedure of parental control stops and I can get it. Does somebody checks the software before a new release ?
