NETGEAR App - Device Manager for R7800
For some reason the App on the phone does not pick up my kids Nintendo switches nor their Amazon Fire tablets. Anyone have a solution for this? Both app and router are on latest firmware/updates.

"pick up" in what sense"? What are you trying to do?
- The phone is Android. And I am trying to see every device on my network. The Nintendo switch and amazon fire tablets do not show on list of devices to manage them.
Basically want to be able to turn off their internet access when needed.
