Netgear app says my Gateway offline
My Netgear App where it lists the devices always shows my Fiber Optic Gateway Modem (Humax BGW320-500 through AT&T) as OFFLINE. The modem is set up with pass thru so the router can do i's thing. The...
- Thank you for your response to my question. My Humax gateway that brings the Fiber Optic into the house is currently set on pass thru mode meaning the gateway handles the modem part the job and the Nighthawk RAXE500 handles the router stuff. I had to go into the GatewayAdminSite and make changes to its set up. It was the only time once ever been able to get into that one. ( I’ve never been able to get into my Netgear routers site). Everything works fine I was just wondering why it says Gateway Modem is offline.
The app only knows about NETGEAR devices, no other.
