Netgear app

My Netgear nighthawk app is telling me my firmware needs updated but in the top right corner is showing me my device is already updated but I’m unable to access anything else on my app please help

    May you provide us with the model number of your router, the current firmware version it's on, along with the current Nighthawk app version you have installed (iOS or Android).
