NETGEAR APP

HELLO COMMUNITY 

I have the AC2600 smart wifi router and have benn managing my wifi 

through the night hawk app .   i belive that i blocked my iphone from the wifi and now it will not let me get back on i have done everything from rebooting to unpluggng the router and still it will not recognize it on my phone. the wifi works on other devcies like my ipad. my amazon fire stick apple tv etc just not my Iphone. I belive it was cause by me blocking though the app 

need your help

    Hello,

     

    I would recommend using the following link to open a support case regarding the Nighthawk app: https://www.netgear.com/support/contact.aspx. To open a support case, please follow the steps below.

     

    1. Select "Get help on my NETGEAR product"

    2. Select your country

    3. Select "I have a NETGEAR product without a serial number"

    4. In the dropdown menu, please select "Nighthawk App" as the product
