Netgear Genie - Network Map switching connections

Question

On the netgear genie network the map shows switching devices on and off every mintue. For example, one of the ip is 192.168.1.5 then after a few second it changes to 192.168.1.45. It goes on forever. I believe this is making me lag in ping.

How did you configure your router full DHCP or fixed IP.It can be a wifi restart!&nbsp;
