Netgear genie app features
Having issues getting the network map feature to work properly, within the netgear genie app. Not 100% if the model/serial number makes a difference here or not

No. I was asking which app you were using.
You have told us very little. We don't know what hardware you have. If it has the latest firmware. What you can do with the genie.
All we do know is that you can't get the the network map feature to work properly. We don't even know what you mean by "properly".
