Netgear genie app features
Having issues getting the network map feature to work properly, within the netgear genie app. Not 100% if the model/serial number makes a difference here or not

Forgive me ignorance, but I assumed when an app was not performing it's functions, it was not working properly. But I would still like to think that you want to help me out. Where do I view this network map in the browser interface? How do I access this "expert" to "unravel" this.

I did not say that the browser interface showed a network map.

Attached Devices has its own button in BASIC settings. It also has an Attached Devices button on the "home page".
There you will find a table of Wired Devices, 2.4G Wireless Devices (Wireless intruders also show up here) and 5G Wireless Devices (Wireless intruders also show up here).
If you look at the table it may give some clues as to why the genie ignores some devices.
It would be nice if it also created a map. Perhaps in the next version of the web interface.
