I did the factory restore on my router. I am referring to the genie app for iOS on my iPhone!

That's the first mention of an iPhone.
When asking questions, you might like to provide the information that this forum suggests:
Subject (Include model number and brief summary)
Model (Recommended - Helps the community give the best answers)
Body (Include additional detail including model version, firmware, OS and environment where relevant.)
