Netgear Genie cannot manage devices any - Error regarding Bypass login and others

Dear Community/Netgear

My netgear genie seem to have stopped functioning correctly over the past months, mobile and laptop.

Several issues as follows:

1. When looking at connected device map, I cannot change the perental control any more, it is always set to bypass login for specific devices.  When I try to change it I receive an error

2. I cannot change access control, blocking specific devices, I receive a failure error

Recently I have played with the settings on my router to increase the security, working round some of the limitations such as time scheduling as follows:

1. Setting a smail DHCP range so i can block IP addresses within that range at certain times of day

2. Allocating static IP addresses to certain devices that our outside of this restriction

Could this be related or is this a bug introduced by firmware/app patches?

Firmware being used is V1.0.0.52_1.0.52, model D6400.

Thanks for your help

    Hi Stel,

This is not isolated to your setup. This is currently being investigated by engineering. We will be providing an update once available.

      Dear Dexter,

Thank you for your response.  Do you have any ETA for this?  It's a critical part of my setup and causing all sorts of issues with the parental control part of my setup.

      Kind regards

      Stel

        Hi Stel,

We do not have an ETA as of writing. We apologize for this inconvenience. Rest assured, we are working hard on a fix for this.

        Regards,
