It just keeps saying login failed please enter the correct password and try again

Please provide the answers to my previous inquiry and suggestions indicated below.
1. What is the model number and firmware version of your device?
2. Are you still able to login the router UI via a browser using the same credentials?
3. Please try using another device with the NETGEAR Genie app/program installed.
4. Try changing your router password.
