Netgear Genie consistently stops working after 10-15 seconds

Pretty much as the thread title suggests - Netgear Genie doesn't stay open for more than 10-15 seconds. I'm about to uninstall it and reinstall since it seems like an alright tool. 

Anyone have a solution? 

 

My router is the D3600 N600, but I could hardly see why that would be an important factory. 

Any help would be appreciated.

    If you don't need it, uninstall it. Genie, can cause performance issues on your network, by having it loaded on a laptop / desktop, on your network. Use a browser to access your router.
