netgear Genie crash on surface Pro 3

Hi Everybody !   Anybody has any insight ? I can run Netgear genie on a Surface pro 1, on a laptop, on Asus Vivo pc, all either with windows 7 or windows 10.    But on my Surface Pro 3, it always...

1. What version of NETGEAR Genie do you have installed?

2. Has it worked before with a previous version?

3. Are you getting an error message? If yes, what is the error message?

4. Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing?

    1) The last version of course

    2) It has worked with a previous version, but I cannot be sure which one.

    3) General error message (windows) : The software has stopped working........
