NETGEAR Genie is not connecting to router
When i was trying to connect netgear genie to the netgear router its displaying the error " login failed.the router response timed out " i am unable to connect to the parental controls and the bypas...
I have everything checked still no luck. I believe the issue is with the genie app? I can login fine using safari or web interface. However if I attempt to login on the app I receive the "Login Failed, router was not found or is not supported." Router model RX8000 Just downloaded v1.0.3.46_1_1.32. I would appreciate a resolution if possible.
