    1. Please try using another browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari).

    2. Please using another device (smartphone, tablet, another computer).

    3. Please make sure that you are entering the correct router admin password.

1. What is the firmware version of the router?

2. Are you trying to change the router password?

3. You can try using another device (Android, iOS, another computer).
