Netgear Genie login

I have the R6300v2 router. From my laptop I can access the Netgear Genie page by going to 192.168.1.1 and using the deafult UID (admin) and password (password).

That page does not have the Traffic Monitor so I downloaded the Netgear Genie app on my iphone.

The problem is I am not able to log in using the same credentials. My iPhone is connected to the same SSID as my laptop.

    Hi @cjrothman,

     

    1. Are you referring to the Traffic Meter feature of the router? If yes, then you can find on the router UI as well under Advanced > Advanced Setup > Traffic Meter.

    2. What is the firmware version of the router?

    3. What is the NETGEAR Genie app version do you have installed on the iPhone?

    4. What iOS version is the iPhone?

    5. Have you tried other iOS devices?

    6. Have you tried other mobile devices (Android, Tablet, another computer)?

    7. Do you have the NETGEAR Genie app installed on the laptop as well? If yes, are you able to login?
